About the Role

We are looking for an experienced & motivated Administration Officer to join our friendly, tight-knit team at our Condamine Feedlot. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will assist in all daily office functions across the Feedlot. 

Overall responsibilities include:

• Weighbridge operation including adhering to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
• Conduct and register grain testing and end of month procedures such as stocktake consumables, animal health, commodities and utilities
• Support data entry and record keeping activities maintaining confidentiality
• Welcome visitors and internal customers, answering phones and addressing queries
• Accounts Payable processing
• Good ordering

About You

We are looking for a passionate, people-oriented team member to join the Office team. 

• Knowledge or experience in the cattle industry (highly regarded)
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel
• High level attention to detail
• Flexibility with an ability to manage competing priorities
• Upbeat and positive attitude with a friendly, professional manner.
