About the Role

Teys Australia is seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our Administration team based at our Jindalee feedlot site in New South Wales. The role will be responsible for assisting with daily office activities and supporting our Administration Supervisor with different administrative tasks. 

The role responsibilities include:

  • Processing payments and reconciliations of existing and new cattle 
  • Use of weighbridge for both commodities and livestock
  • Keeping records up to date into our database systems
  • Processing general compliance documentation
  • Supporting general reception duties such as answering phone calls, printing, and actioning emails as required
  • Complete weekly reports as required

About You

It is essential that you have the following experience/skills: 

  • Business/Office Administration or related experience 
  • A rural background and knowledge of the cattle industry 
  • Current Drivers Licence 
  • Computer literacy – Excel, Word, Access & JD Edwards & Other Software Packages 
  • Adaptable with the ability to multi-task and change pace as needed
  • Demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude.
