About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Administration Officer to join our friendly, tight-knit team at our Jindalee Feedlot. Reporting to the Office Supervisor, in this full-time and permanent position you will assist in all daily office functions across the Feedlot.

Your main responsibilities will include customer service, weighbridge operations (including adhering to Chain of Responsibility requirements), administration aspects of cattle arrivals and dispatches, basic accounting duties such as accounts receivable and payable, and general reception duties. You will also be part of the weekend roster for feeding of cattle.

Don’t have everything we need?  No problem, on-the-job training will be provided.

About You

We are looking for a passionate, people-oriented team member to join the Office team. 

  • Experience with Business/Office Administration duties
  • Knowledge or experience in the cattle industry (highly regarded)
  • Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel
  • High level attention to detail
  • Flexibility with an ability to manage competing priorities
  • Upbeat and positive attitude with a friendly, professional manner.
