About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time based at our Condamine Feedlot

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and auditing a range of systems including Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), Training, Environmental, Animal Welfare, and Quality assurance. 

You will be a detail-orientated individual who is able to multi-task and prioritise tasks as needed. You will also have a genuine interest in the agricultural industry and are enthusiastic to learn. 

Other requirements of the role include: 

  • Monitor and facilitate all WHS measures on-site Identify, promote and develop training solutions for established gaps 
  • Develop, monitor, and administer environmental requirements from both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Monitor, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance systems 
  • Ensure animal welfare best practice is upheld. 

About You

  • Qualification in or ability to obtain Certificate III in WHS 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Demonstrated computer skills 
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Previous feedlot experience (desirable).
