About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time based at our Condamine Feedlot.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and auditing a range of systems including Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), Training, Environmental, Animal Welfare, and Quality assurance.
You will be a detail-orientated individual who is able to multi-task and prioritise tasks as needed. You will also have a genuine interest in the agricultural industry and are enthusiastic to learn.
Other requirements of the role include:
- Monitor and facilitate all WHS measures on-site
- Identify, promote and develop training solutions for established gaps
- Develop, monitor, and administer environmental requirements from both internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance systems
- Ensure animal welfare best practice is upheld.
About You
- Qualification in or ability to obtain Certificate III in WHS
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous feedlot experience (desirable).
