About the Job
Teys Australia is seeking Entry Level Meat Processing workers to join the processing team based at our Wagga Wagga processing site in New South Wales. The role will be responsible for various meat processing activities.With various areas requiring reliable new team members, depending on your previous experience and skillsets, you could find yourself doing the following activities:
- Production work/process line
- Trimming, cutting, boning, and slicing and/or slaughter
- Cleaning and sterilising work areas and equipment
- Meatpacking
- General labouring
- Chiller room operations
- Operation of equipment and machinery
- Industrial cleaning
About You
You must have the following experience/skills:
- Australian Citizen/Permanent Residency/Full Working Rights in Australia are essential
- Willing to do a pre-employment medical check, including a drug and alcohol test
- Q-Fever vaccinated
- Be able to provide two professional references
- Attractive hourly rate starting from $26.92
