About the Role

Join one of Australia's leading food exporters and play a critical role as an Export Documentation Coordinator based at Eight Mile Plains, south of Brisbane.

The successful candidate will be at the centre of our international supply chain, ensuring export shipments move seamlessly across global markets. Your expertise will help maintain compliance, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to the continued success of our group. 

Other role responsibilities include coordinating and executing all aspects of export documentation, ensuring deadlines, accuracy and regulatory requirements are met.

In collaboration with customers, shipping lines and other key stakeholders, you will be required to compile, despatch, and maintain appropriate documentation records. Additionally, you will support the team developing and executing key projects.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of export documentation, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

About You

It is desirable that you have the following experience/skills:

  • Prior experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
  • Energetic and committed, you will have high levels of attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy, supported by exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills are a must, allowing you to build relationships across the business
  • Intermediate skills in computer use including spreadsheets.
