About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Export Documentation Officer to join our Logistics team at the Group Support Services (GSS) Office, located in Eight Mile Plains, south of Brisbane.
As part of the Teys Logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of export documentation ensuring deadlines, accuracy and regulatory requirements are met.
In collaboration with customers, shipping lines and other key stakeholders, you will be required to compile, despatch, and maintain appropriate documentation records. Additionally, you will support the team developing and executing key projects.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of export documentation, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
About You
It is desirable that you have the following experience/skills:
- Prior experience (ideally 3-5 years in refrigerated export documentation) in a similar role will be highly regarded
- Energetic and committed, you will have high levels of attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy, supported by exceptional communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills are a must, allowing you to build relationships across the business
- Intermediate skills
in computer use including spreadsheets.
