About the role

Join our Jindalee team working as a Maintenance Labourer providing repair, maintenance, and capital works service at our site. 

The responsibilities include:

  • Assisting tradespersons with diesel vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Attend to urgent maintenance breakdowns to avoid loss of production.
  • Assist with repair work in accordance with maintenance planning schedules.
  • Assist with all mechanical repairs in accordance with Teys Australia WHS policies and procedures.

About You:

Essential:

  • Current drivers’ licence,
  • Q-Fever Vaccination (or willing to get)

Desirable:

  • Forklift licence or willingness to get one.
  • Knowledge of heavy agricultural equipment, diesel/mechanical fitting, milling equipment, water pumps and environment technology.
  • MIG and stick welding experience.
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic operations.
