We are looking for our Next Generation leaders to join our Graduate Program across various locations in Australia.

Operations
A career in Teys Australia operations provides opportunities to experience end-to-end supply chain, which consists of Supply and Demand Planning, Quality, Safety, Environment, Logistics, Procurement, People and Teams, Analytics, Sustainability and Continuous Improvement.
The following positions are now available for Graduates in 2025:
Operations Graduate
As a Graduate in Teys’ Primary Processing teams, you will be involved in:
- End to end Red Meat processing operations and supply chain management;
- Production planning and scheduling;
- Quality control and assurance;
- Product development (secondary);
- Business acumen and analytics; and
- People, environment and safety (which is our number 1 priority).
Degrees: Agriculture, Animal/ Meat/ Food Science, Business, Economic/Commerce, or related fields.
Feedlot Graduate
As a Graduate in Teys’ Feedlot team, you will be involved in:
- End to end feed lotting operations and systems including livestock and general operations;
- Livestock health and Animal welfare;
- Feeding and Milling processes;
- Plant, pen and environmental maintenance;
- Quality, people and safety (our number 1 priority); and
- Business acumen and analytics.
Degrees: Agriculture or Rural, Veterinary or Animal Science, Business, or related fields.
Duration
Graduates starting with Teys’ are offered a permanent full time position from day 1, with an 18-24 month learning program to set you up for success.
Our start dates are negotiable depending on your location and availability.

We have opportunities across Australia in the following locations: Biloela, Rockhampton, Beenleigh, and Condamine in QLD, Tamworth, Wagga, Jindalee NSW and Charlton in VIC .
