About the Role

Teys Australia is seeking an experienced Group Manager Logistics Customer Services to lead the delivery of exceptional customer service outcomes across our domestic and export logistics operations.

This leadership role will manage and support the domestic, international and documentation teams, ensuring consistent service performance, strong DIFOT outcomes and trusted customer partnerships and working closely with our General Manager of Logistics to ensure alignment with logistics strategies, enabling the delivery and effective execution of the strategic plan.

This role plays a key part in translating commercial and customer expectations into operational excellence

Other responsibilities include:

  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance, including Chain of Responsibility and import/export requirements.
  • Align customer requirements with logistics capability through strong stakeholder collaboration and execution discipline

The role will be based at our Group Support Services office in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane

About You

You are a commercially focused logistics leader with a strong customer mindset and the ability to lead complex operations.

  • At least ten (10+) years’ experience in a domestic or export logistics role.
  • At least five (5+) years’ experience leading and developing teams.
  • Proven delivery of customer service outcomes in operational environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR).
  • Exposure to export and/or cold chain logistics will be highly regarded.
