About the Role

We are seeking Skilled Knife Hands who value coming to work in a safe and supportive environment to join our manufacturing teams based at our Morningside site. 

If you like a later start, we have Afternoon Shift positions starting at 1:30 – 10 pm.  Stable and ongoing roles are on offer.

Duties include:

• Cutting primals
• Trimming excess fat
• Basic knife work
• Working with Beef, Chicken, Pork & Lamb

About You

It is essential that you have the following:

• Previous knife work experience
• Access to reliable transport
• Able to work in a cold environment
• A “can do” attitude & willingness to learn
• Australian resident with full working rights in Australia 
• Pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol test
• Be able to provide two reference checks
