About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Livestock Clerk to join our team at the Naracoorte Plant.

This role supports the livestock department with administrative tasks as well as hands-on coordination of livestock movements. You will work closely with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure livestock deliveries run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry and record keeping of livestock deliveries
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of cattle at the facility
  • Liaise with producers, transporters, and processing teams
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assist in scheduling and livestock logistics
  • Provide administrative support to the team

About You:

  • Previous experience in livestock handling, agriculture, or clerical work (highly regarded)
  • Comfortable working around cattle and in outdoor conditions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems (training provided)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading livestock
  • Q Fever vaccinated (or willing to get)
