About the Role
Teys Australia is seeking a results-driven Loadout Manager to join the Operations team based at our Biloela processing site in Queensland. The role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the dispatch of Teys' meat products securing a smooth operation between Boning Room and Loadout area.
Reporting to our Plant Manager, you will ensure compliance and quality standards for orders and product inventory, while minimising any damage and delays to Teys cartons and pallets. You will be required to secure all documentation are accurate and submitted on time. Additionally, you will oversee health and safety of our employees and environment, addressing risks and coordinating necessary training.
About You
It is essential that you have the following experience/skills:
- Experience within an export meat processing operation
- Demonstrate leadership skills and experience working in an export loadout/warehousing environment
- Sound knowledge of the Export Control (Meat and Meat Products) Orders
- Sound knowledge of product specifications/cuts normally associated with export processing
- Demonstrated personal qualities of reliability, commitment, and leadership
