About the Job
We are seeking skilled meat workers (boners, slicers, and slaughtermen) and general entry-level production workers who value coming to work in a safe and supportive environment. You could find yourself doing any of the following activities:
- Packing, labelling and other general food production.
- Trimming, cutting, boning, and slicing of our meat products.
- Cattle intake and processing.
- Product grading and sorting.
- Operating equipment and machinery such as packaging and loadout.
- Picking and packing, general labouring or forklift driving.
- Cleaning, quality and hygiene.
About You
Along with a “can do” attitude your skills and experience include:
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Previous experience as a Boner, Slicer or Slaughterman for Skilled Meat Worker roles – otherwise no experience necessary.
- Be willing to work in either cool or warm temperature environments.
- Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
- Be Q-fever vaccinated (or willingness to get).
- Be able to provide two professional references.
