About the Job

We are seeking skilled meat workers (boners, slicers, and slaughtermen) and general entry-level production workers who value coming to work in a safe and supportive environment. You could find yourself doing any of the following activities:

• Packing, labelling and other general food production. 
• Trimming, cutting, boning, and slicing of our meat products.
• Cattle intake and processing.
• Product grading and sorting.
• Operating equipment and machinery such as packaging and loadout.
• Picking and packing, general labouring or forklift driving. 
• Cleaning, quality and hygiene. 

About You

Along with a “can do” attitude your skills and experience include:

• Full working rights in Australia. 
• Previous experience as a Boner, Slicer or Slaughterman for Skilled Meat Worker roles – otherwise no experience necessary.
• Be willing to work in either cool or warm temperature environments. 
• Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
• Be Q-fever vaccinated (or willingness to get).
• Be able to provide two professional references.
