About the Role

Teys Australia is currently looking for a permanent full-time Warehouse Assistant to join our Warehouse team at the Port of Brisbane facility in Queensland. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient processes, completing general warehouse tasks, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the site.

Available Shifts

We currently have three shift options available:

• Day Shift: 6:00am – 3:00pm
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 12:00midnight
• Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Operate modern depalletising equipment (full training provided)
• Use warehouse machinery safely and effectively
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of equipment
• Handle cartons weighing up to 25kg safely
• Work cooperatively within a team environment
• Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties across the warehouse
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety

No prior experience in all areas? That’s okay — full on-the-job training will be provided.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliability and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Full working rights in Australia (can work 40hrs/week)
• Your own reliable transport
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
