About the Role – Warehouse Assistant (Labourer)


We’re currently seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Assistants to join our Centralised Cold Storage team at the Port of Brisbane on a full-time and casual basis. If you’re looking for stable employment, competitive pay, and a great team environment, this is your opportunity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating depalletising machinery
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Troubleshooting minor equipment faults to ensure smooth operations

     

Shifts Available:

Morning (6:00 am), Afternoon (3:00 pm), and Night (11:00 pm)

 

About You


You’re a proactive, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are keen to build a long-term career.

 

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Reliable personal transport
  • Willingness to work in cold storage conditions (PPE provided)
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently
  • Physical capability to handle cartons up to 25kg
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
  • A forklift license (highly regarded but not essential)
